Delivery
We do our upmost to dispatch orders received by 2pm that same day (Mon - Fri excluding Bank Holidays). Any orders requiring stock ordered in especially will be dispatched within 5 working days. You will receive an automated email when your order is dispatched, and we will be in touch by email if there your order is delayed by more than a few days.
Economy Delivery UK £3.95, or FREE when you spend £36!
For delivery in the UK only. All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class post and usually arrive in 2-4 days but sometimes can take longer during busy postal periods. Items will arrive via your Royal Mail postman and cannot be tracked.
Express Delivery UK £8.95, or FREE when you spend £65!
For delivery in the UK only, Orders placed before 2pm Monday- Friday will be dispatched that day and arrive next working day via courier. Items can be tracked and will require a signature on delivery. Express delivery is not available in Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands or the Isle of Man.
Europe - 3-8 working days. From £12.95
Items to Europe will be sent by standard airmail and usually take 3-8 working days but sometimes can take longer.
PLEASE NOTE NO AEROSOL PRODUCTS CAN BE SENT OUT OF THE U.K. These will be removed from your order and the rest of your order dispatched regardless.
Worldwide - 5-10 Working Days. From £19.95
All items will be posted by Airmail and are expected to arrive within 5-10 working days, although they can take longer depending on the destination.
