Delivery starts from just £2.95 for 1st class postage in the UK and will increase to a maximum of £9.95 depending on the weight of the goods ordered. We do offer a courier service for £9.95 flat rate.

Due to popular demand we now offer delivery to USA & Canada, Mainland Europe and Australia and New Zealand.. This is by 1st Class post only and starts from £5.95. If placing a large order please email Chris@ShoeDoctorPoole.co.uk for a postage quote.

All goods from stock are dispatched within 3 working days. If for any reason there is a delay you will be notified by email.

Please refer to the Royal Mail website for full terms and conditions. Items may take up to 14 days to be delivered and are in no way garenteed by Royal Mail. All we can offer is a proof of postage. For high value or urgent items we highly recommend using our courier service.

Courier Service

Items will be dispatched by DHL's 24 hour service, they can be tracked and are insured against loss or damage in transit. Items will need to be signed for.
